Return & Refund Policy
Mark Four gives you the option of return for refund or replacement for products purchased on Mark Four within the stated return/replacement period. We request you to preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
General Return Policy
  • 1. Items that need to be returned must be in new and unpacked condition with all original packing
  • 2. Defective or damaged products must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the consequent accessories and in the original manufacturing packing or manufacturing box.
  • 3. Some products will not be returned mentioned on the product details.
  • 4. For some particular products (mentioned on the product detail page), only services will be provided in case of any technical issues.
  • 5.In certain cases, where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  • 6. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail.

  • 1.Pre-checkup will be done by our team before dispatching your order.
  • 2. Manufacture defective or damaged products must be returned in 2 days in the original condition they were received in with all the consequent accessories and in the original manufacturing packing or manufacturing box
  • 3. During deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different product you will be given a replacement for the particular product on the same day or the next day.
  • 4. Warranty will be given for such products which are mentioned in the product detail page if it satisfies manufacturer warranty policy.
  • 5.Items covered by a warranty can be replaced or exchanged within 7 days of the invoice date. Warranty pick & drop from customer location will be free of charge within 7 days of the invoice date. But for exchanging product deliver charges will apply according to our delivery policy.
